The location of this facility is within the Industrial Development Corporation of Nashik MIDC and is assured a constant supply of essentials. The manufacturing and quality control. We have a team of Highly skilled Engineers capable of developing new products and providing solutions as per the customer needs. We use the tools to create 3-D models. The detailed Drawings are prepared before undertaking new work
The inhouse machining facility includes CNC machines, VMC and some conventional machines, Radial and table Drill machines. The machining is carried out using Jigs and Fixtures and quality is checked with Gauges
The assembly and Testing is the core of our manufacturing activities. This is carried out by our trained operators. The testing of each assembly is carried as the units roll out of the assembly line. The stringent assembly practices, which have been refined over the years have been enforced to achieve the results repeatedly, with accuracy
The selection of instrumentation with the piping circuit is done to achieve the desired cycle of operation. Opening / closing time required decide the selection of proper instrumentation.
Entech Controls was set up by Chandru Motwani who holds a post graduate degree in mechanical engineering and has 17 years of corporate experience in design, development, production and quality assurance. The Organization is run by professionally qualified people and has a team of qualified Managers, engineers to look after production, materials and quality assurance.
